It's known to have helped savvy shoppers save money on tons of items, but a spokesperson for the retailer says shoppers have from now until Monday, July 28, to utilize it. Price matching allows shoppers to purchase and item at Target and receive some of their payment back if they find it somewhere else at a lower cost. In a statement, a Target spokesperson told News 12, "We've found our guests overwhelmingly price match Target and not other retailers, which reflects the great value and trust in pricing consumers see across our assortment and deals." Most major retailers continue to offer price matching including Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot and Kohl's, according to Greenlight.com, which lists about 41 of them.
