A Rhode Island woman has been charged in connection to a crash that killed a woman in May in Milford, police say.
Police say Nina Reed turned herself earlier this month.
Reed was driving on the parkway, when she veered off the road and drove across the grass, according to authorities. Reed then entered Boston Post Road and collided with a Toyota Corolla.
As a result of the collision, the Toyota was hit by a third car.
Frances Sullivan, a passenger in the Toyota, was killed. Her husband and the driver of the Toyota Michael was seriously injured.
Reed was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to obey a stop sign.
Reed was released on a $70,000 bond.
She is expected to appear in court next month.
