Andres Felipe Pineda Mogollon, 25, of Colombia, was among four men who escaped from Delaney Hall on June 12. The FBI says he was being held in the facility after previously being arrested for petty larceny and residential burglary.
According to federal documents, the four men escaped the facility by breaking through an aluminum second-story wall, dropping mattresses through the opening in the wall to provide a landing place on which to jump and utilizing bed sheets to cover barbed wire in order to climb over the fence.
Franklin Norberto Bautista Reyes, 20, of Honduras, 18-year-old Joan Sebastian Castaneda Lozada, of Colombia, and 22-year-old Joel Enrrique Sandoval-Lopez, of Honduras, were back in custody by June 18.
